Earned: Day 220 (Green Knight's kissing game)
Form: A green girdle. Tie it on to receive your skill.
Several times in canon, Vel does the normal 'walk the streets and rooftops of Portland looking for trouble to stop' superhero thing. It also seems to be part of her superhero training, though like all of her training, it included an element of 'and if someone from the media sees you lurking, here's how to photogenically lurk'.
It's also mentioned that she moves nearly silently, though part of that is that her costume boots have pretty soft soles and are designed for her job. (Though honestly, given the Super Patriots Inc. and Vel's alternate-universe costume, she can probably do at least some of this in heels/hard soled shoes.)
This is going to boost Vel's ability to move quickly and silently even over difficult terrain*, hide and observe things unseen. Also her general athleticism, since it covers things like climbing and crouching.
* Mostly things like 'climbing fire escapes' and 'navigating rooftops'. Less emphasis on rural environments.
